Ken Kho is a California real estate broker and Broker Associate with Legacy Real Estate & Associates.
His commercial real estate practice includes commercial property and investment sales, development land, entitled projects, senior housing opportunities, buyer representation, and property advisory services.
Ken brings an analytical and research-oriented approach to brokerage.
Before entering real estate, he worked in the technology industry, and that background continues to influence the way he approaches commercial real estate today.
Data, research tools, property information, industry databases, and emerging technologies make it increasingly possible to understand properties and identify prospective buyers with greater precision. Ken combines those tools with traditional brokerage relationships, direct communication, negotiation, and transaction experience.
He is particularly interested in properties where identifying the right strategy requires looking beyond the obvious: alternative uses, development potential, repositioning opportunities, specialized buyers, or off-market acquisition possibilities.

Vicki Kho
REALTOR® | Residential & Commercial Real Estate
Vicki Kho is a licensed real estate professional with Legacy Real Estate & Associates and a member of the Kho Real Estate Team.
Vicki works alongside Ken in serving the team’s clients and supporting both residential and commercial transactions.
Her previous experience in home staging gives her an additional perspective on property presentation, design, and the way prospective buyers experience a property.
Together, Ken and Vicki provide clients with hands-on, personal representation throughout the real estate process.

Transaction Coordination
Erin provides transaction coordination support on our transactions, helping organize documentation, disclosures, contractual deadlines, and the many details involved in moving a transaction from contract through closing.
Jerry Marcus
Land Acquisition, Entitlement & Development
Jerry Marcus is the founder of Marcus Land Company and brings extensive experience in land acquisition, entitlement, development, and project feasibility.
His background includes experience with a major homebuilder and provides a builder’s perspective on the evaluation of residential development opportunities.
The Kho Real Estate Team collaborates with Jerry on selected land and development matters where his experience can provide additional insight into feasibility, entitlement strategy, and builder requirements.
Elmer Gamoning
Valuation & Real Estate Finance
Elmer brings experience in real estate appraisal and financing and provides an additional perspective on property valuation and financing alternatives when appropriate.
His expertise can be particularly useful in transactions where valuation, financing structure, or access to appropriate lending sources plays an important role.
